of the team.
Lorinda brings over 10 years of grant writing experience to the team leading to over $14M in awarded funds from government, local and private funders, has taught over 100 workshops and is continually seeking new opportunities to learn the latest trends in proposal development, which she openly shares with students and clients.
As the friendly owl, Aaliyah is great at networking and solving problems, Aaliyah is a key staff member of Grants Ink who provides support as a project liaison for clientele in the Midwestern US. Her background in music and teaching has broadened her keen ability to resonate with clients, understand their needs, and connect them with support services.
With over ten years experience in the nonprofit sector, Israel is proficient in the fundamentals of organizing and restructuring non-profit organizations.
He has assisted multiple businesses to establish policies and procedures to help their daily operations run smooth. Israel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration.
He supports the team by providing strategic development insight and direction for the continued positive growth and interstate expansion of the organization.
As the studious owl, Carmen provides Grants Ink with a fresh pair of eyes and a keen sense of analyzing date to yield quality research results for clients. As a freshman at Florida Atlantic University, Carmen’s dedicated studies and excellent rapport with professors has made her an ideal leader in the community of students at FAU. She’s brings this high level of detail to the team and is growing into one our most valuable team members.
Amanda is the founder of Grants Ink and has been a guiding light since it’s initiation. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Queens College in English Literature and worked in customer service most of her career. Instilling an appreciation for the power of words into her daughter’s lives, Amanda has always supported the pursuit of using one’s talents to make the world a better place.
