Lorinda Gonzalez
CEO & Founder
Miami, Florida
Lorinda holds a MA in Communications, a BA in English & Business Management, along with several grant writing and nonprofit management certificates. She is a AGWA Certified Grant Writer © and a SCORE© Workshop Presenter. Over the past decade, she has taught over 100 workshops online and in person on how to gain access to sustainable funding for social projects. Prior to expanding the team, Lorinda secured $15 million of funding for her clients. She enjoys painting, art history, yoga & meditation, and strives to live a well-balanced home and work life with family and friends. She believes in the energetic nature of the world, and that if you follow your passion, it will always lead you to the life you’ve dreamed of.

Jacob Berrio
Finance Accountant
Miami, Florida
Jacob is joining Grant Ink as our Financial Accountant. He will be responsible for handling treasury tasks (i.e.. vendor/contractor payments,reimbursements, etc.) Accounts Payable/Receivable as well as financial advising (i.e. budgeting, financial planning, cash flow monitoring). Jacob is from Long Island, NY and recently moved to south Florida to be closer to family. He enjoys watching any playoff sporting game but mostly enjoys watching soccer and basketball.

Michelle Lizama

Michelle has joined the Grants Ink team to do one of the things she loves the most… help to help others. As a business manager and entrepreneur she has developed several enterprises in Mexico in the fields of e-commerce, trading, consulting, beauty and health care, always using these resources to give a hand to those in need with the constant support of her husband, son and daughter. She will always be glad to give assistance with the development of the projects and accompany our grant seekers along their way to success. She enjoys dancing, good music and barbecues in the company of her friends and family (pets included).

Lulie Negreira
Finance & Budget Specialist

Lulie began her non-profit career as a social worker for the elderly living in public housing. She has always loved helping people of all kinds be it the elderly, physically challenged, or children. As her career for helping the community evolved, she moved into administrative roles and now has more than 25 years of fiscal and grant administration experience including being responsible for managing budgets of more than $5M in grant awards. She also has a love for technology (Apple fan) and has mastered and taught Microsoft Office products. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida and is a proud Cuban-American. She has a passion for photography and loves a good movie on the weekends but most of all, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Lexi.

Julian Rauter
Lead Grant Writer & Researcher

Julian Rauter holds a BA in Social Anthropology from Harvard College and an MSc in Nature, Society, and Environmental Governance from Oxford University. Along with his role at Grants Ink, he currently serves as a research consultant for the Environmental Grantmakers Association. He has previously worked as a digital cartographer, archive researcher, and cheese cave manager for an artisanal creamery. Julian lives in northern Colorado with his partner and two cats, where he spends his free time gardening and mountain biking.

Nailah Ricco-Brown
Grant Writer & Nonprofit Specialist

Nailah Ricco-Brown, B.S., J.D. is an experienced grant writer with 14 years of fund development and trained project management experience under her belt. The expanse of her career has been dedicated to helping mission driven institutions, businesses and organizations scale their work, grow their capacity and, ultimately, deepen their impact. Her project management and fund development experience has made her a force in the higher education and public policy sector, and she has been a tremendous asset to nonprofit organizations internationally and domestically. Nailah is a dedicated wife, mother of three, daughter and sister who lives, and creates, by the phrase; “I am my ancestors’ wildest dream!“.
